Level I

3×5 Squat @ 70% 1RM

Spend 20 mins working Power Clean, add weight and work up to heavy single if technique allows

For Time

50 KB Swings (1.5/1pd)
50 Push Ups
50 Squats

 

Level II

21-15-9 Reps for time of

Ring Dips
Push-Ups

 

Level III

Squat week 11 day 2

Back Squat

1×5 @ 60%
1×5 @ 65%
2×5 @ 70%

Front Squat

1×5 @ 60%
1×5 @ 70%
1×5 @ 75%
1×5 @ 80%

Skill Day

Practice 2 Skills (HSPU, Pistol, MU, etc) and spend 20 mins working them – OR – if you can attend gymnastics class at 5pm.

 

GYMNASTY

3 Rounds each of:

1) Back Lever + 5 Reverse Yewkis

2) L-sit (Rings if possible) + 5 Dips

3) Front Lever + 5 Negative Front Pulls

Finish: 10 BWW
